I'm Jennifer Vial, founder of Resilience Skill. My life has always been guided by a passion for sport and a vocation for design. From an early age, I've dedicated myself to pushing my limits, whether on the field or in my professional life. My path has not been without obstacles, but every challenge has been an opportunity to learn and grow. As a graphic and web designer by trade for over ten years, I've had the privilege ofaccompanying many professionals and entrepreneurs, understanding their aspirations and challenges.
It was this rich experience that inspired me to launch Resilience Skill. Combining my love of functional fitness with my design expertise, I wanted to create more than just sportswear: I wanted to offer pieces that told a story, reflected individuality and accompanied each person in their personal quest to excel. Resilience Skill was born of this vision, growing rapidly to become a symbol of quality, personalization and a passion for excellence. Every day, I'm motivated by the desire to innovate, inspire and contribute to the functional fitness community.

Our success at Resilience Skill has exceeded all our expectations. In just two and a half years, we have become a benchmark in the functional fitness industry, with over 50 requests from professionals per month, an undeniable sign of the quality of our services and products. However, as a victim of our own success, we are facing a number of challenges, including longer lead times, as our team remains relatively small for the time being.
We are aware of the importance of striking a balance between rapid development and the long-term future of our company. That's why, in 2024, we plan to triple the size of our production workshop andexpand our team by integrating new production agents, as well as a person responsible for purchasing and customer care. These developments are crucial if we are to meet growing demand while maintaining the quality and personalized attention for which we are renowned.
What's more, our vision doesn't stop at France's borders. We are already in the process ofexpanding our presence in Europewith a growing number of customers in Switzerland and other countries. Our ambition is to become Europe's leading customizer of functional fitness apparel, bringing our passion for design and quality to a wider audience. This expansion represents an exciting new chapter for Resilience Skill, and we are determined to continue our journey with the same rigor and commitment that have made us so successful to date.
